The furniture is arranged. The pictures are all hung up. And, epic branded graphics cover the walls. Frames and trinkets decorate desks and people are in nearly every chair. We’ve nailed down all of the finishing touches—now, it’s time to celebrate.
Quore has been a part of the Franklin community since founder Scott Schaedle set up shop downtown in 2012. In fact, you might catch a glimpse of our Q on the corner of 4th and Main Street. Over the years, we’ve been in 4 offices, 2 satellite offices, added 70 team members and expanded our product for use in over 4,000 hotels. While #TeamQuore has been busy getting settled into the 4th floor of 5000 Meridian Boulevard since February, it was finally time to officially declare that we are open for business. The official ribbon cutting ceremony allowed our team to open the doors and show our neighbors in Williamson County the space behind all of our hotel magic.
As our friends and neighbors came to celebrate this milestone with us, we gave tours around all of the unique spaces that make up this new office. We designed our office to reflect the ideals of the hospitality industry while simultaneously functioning as a place for innovation to thrive. These ideals—service, comfort and ease, to name a few—are pulled into every corner of our space. From phone booths to guest suites to collaborative areas, there’s room for everyone who visits our office to make themselves at home. This space is essential for running all of our operations and we are thrilled to finally have the room to accommodate our growth as we continue to provide the best possible service to our customers.
From the time he stepped foot in this building, Scott decided pretty quickly this was where we were supposed to be, “I looked at several different spaces, in Nashville and here in Franklin, once we found this space I knew it was the one for us.” He shared with everyone in attendance how much it means for him to be back where he grew up, building a company with the potential to do amazing things.
After some kind words from Nancy Conway of Williamson, Inc., it was time for the ribbon to be cut. Scott clipped Quore green ribbon to mark another 2019 milestone for our company: the official introduction of this office!
And, to finish off an already great day, we opened the doors once again. This time, to our friends and families—after all, we wouldn’t be where we are today without them. Our Open House celebration filled the halls of our office with parents, friends, spouses, and kids. Between munching on charcuterie and swapping stories, #TeamQuore was able to show off our workspace and mingle. Quore brand designer, Abby Taylor, shared why having this time as a team is so valuable, “We spend so much time with everyone in the office, so it was nice to invite the people and families who are normally on the outside, in. It was cool to watch everyone get so excited about our space and where we all work every single day.”
On behalf of all of us at #TeamQuore, thank you to everyone who celebrated with us at any one of the day’s events. We are proud to call Franklin home and can’t wait to see what this office has in store for our company.
